The Telephone Refresh Project is underway. The goal of the project is to migrate our legacy analogue phone system to a new VOIP system.
All phones at Interurban have been upgraded and migrated to the new system.
Lansdowne is in progress with the remaining buildings (Dawson, LLC, Richmond House, Child Care Centre, Art Annex and Fisher) being migrated to the new system on May 24th, 2023 and June 14th, 2023.

Once your new phone has been connected, please set up your voice mail using the attached guide.
Please note that your voice mail will not be active until it is set up. Any messages on the old voice mail system will be deleted approximately one month after your phone upgrade and will no longer be accessible.
