Zoom - How to Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Application using SSO

This article reviews how to sign into the Zoom desktop application using Camosun's Single Sign-on Service.

Camosun employees can sign into the Zoom desktop application using their Camosun ID and password.

Please note, to sign into the web interface please use either of the following resources:

1. Camosun's Zoom Landing Page, or
2. Camosun's Service Management Portal Zoom Service Page.

How to Sign into the Desktop Application

1. Open the Zoom Desktop Application.
2. Check the "Keep me signed in" checkbox and click the Sign in with SSO button.
    
3. Ensure that the "Company Domain" field says "camosun-ca" and click the Continue button.
   
    
4. Sign in to the Camosun Single Sign-on Service which was just loaded in your default web browser. 
   
    
5. Check the "Always allow camosun-ca.zoom.us to open links of this type in the associated app" checkbox and click the Open Zoom Meetings button
   
    
6. Success! You should be logged into the Zoom Desktop application.
