- Double Click UCClient on your desktop.
2. When this window appears, click Connect
3. Input Username (C#) and Password, check Remember me box and Sign In.
4. Select your preferred Audio device from the drop down menu. Click Save.
5. Click on the cog to bring up Settings.
6. Choose the Soft Media Phone tab.
7. Click the check box for both Enable Echo Canceller.
8. In the white box at the bottom, click Active beside Device Name.
9. Click Save.
10. Confirm GREEN phone icon and you are done. This may take a few seconds to appear.
