The student ID is your official Camosun ID card. You need this card to borrow books, access facilities, get discounts, and more. Camosun employees needing an ID card may complete this form.
Note: As of January, 2024 your ID card no longer acts as a U-Pass (bus pass). For information on how to obtain your U-Pass please visit: https://camosun.ca/u-pass.
Please review the following and ensure your photo meets the requirements. If all requirements are not met, your photo submission will be rejected and you will be asked to submit a new photo.
Photo Requirements
- Photo must be taken in front of a plain background with no visible objects or other people in the photo
- Photo must contain a clear view of your entire face, head and shoulders
- Face should be centred, with head and shoulders forward
- Eyes must be open and clearly visible
- Glasses may be worn as long as the eyes are clearly visible
- No non-religious headwear
- No style filters, props, hand gestures or inappropriate expressions
- Photos must be in colour, clear and high resolution without blur, glare, or reflections
- We are unable to print photos with copyrights or watermarks
