About ITS Capital Requests
ITS Capital Requests are for net new hardware device requests. These range from laptops, desktops, tablets, for new employees, and/or classroom technology.
Service Overview
ITS will request requirements from Schools and Departments 3 to 4 times per year, in order to accommodate ongoing hardware requests.
Service Level Overview
ITS will gather the requests, and seek budgetary approval based on priority levels set by the School or Department. Not all requests will be fulfilled; however, once fulfilled, the hardware will be purchased, configured and installed by a member of ITS. ITS can not guarantee ETA of delivery of devices, as they are based on supply availability and delivery times.
