About Service
This service supports any employee who have signed up for an AppleID using their Camosun email address and require assistance in transferring their account or allowing Camosun to manage it.
Service Overview
If you have an Apple device (such as an iPhone or iPad) linked to your Camosun email address (either @camosun.bc.ca or @camosun.ca), you may receive an email from Apple prompting you to update your Apple account. The instructions provided by Apple might be somewhat complex, and in certain situations, additional assistance may be necessary. This could be the case if you have used your Camosun-related Apple ID on personal devices or made purchases through it.
