The Zoom Consolidation process will take place if you use the Sign-in link on either the Camosun Service Management Portal or the Camosun Zoom Landing Page.
It is important that you consolidate a previously created Zoom account with a Camosun issued Zoom account and request a refund from Zoom. Please see the following documentation on that process from Zoom regarding Consolidating your Account .
