Single Sign-on (SSO)

Employees must sign in to their account using Camosun's Single Sign-On (SSO) service to book meetings.

Some meetings require authentication to join. If you select Require authentication to join, employees and students must sign in to join the meeting.

After successfully signing in, the following error message may be displayed.

Camosun Employees

Please use the Report an Issue service if you are a Camosun Employee and are receiving the above error message when signing in to Zoom meetings.

Camosun Students

As a student, your credentials can only be used to Join a meeting that requires authentication. You will receive this error message if you sign in to the Zoom desktop application or web client.
