Setting up Camosun email on your phone

Available Applications

There are three apps that are available to Camosun employees to access e-mail on your phone or tablet. To download your desired email app, either click on the link below or scan the QR code with your phone to get started.

Add Camosun email to -  ANDROID   |   iPHIONE  IOS

iPhone/iPad

Android

  • Outlook

  • Gmail

    • Gmail is not a supported email client at Camosun

    • For Android phones please use the Outlook client
       

How To Setup Outlook

1. Open the app on your phone
2. Enter your Camosun login details (C#@intra.camosun.bc.ca and Password)
3. If you have another account, add it now. Otherwise, click "Maybe Later"
4. You are now setup to receive Camosun email through the Outlook ap

How to Setup Apple Mail (iOS Only)

1. Open the app on your phone
2. Select "Microsoft Exchange"

3. Enter your Camosun login details (C#@intra.camosun.bc.ca and Password) and click the options highlighted by the red box

4. You may need to check or adjust the sync settings of your account. Select the items you wish to save to your phone (It is recommended you only select Mail and Calendar). 

5. You are now setup to receive Camosun email through the Apple Mail app. If you don't see your mail within a few minutes, try rebooting your device.
