Adding Email Accounts in Outlook

These steps are the same whether you're adding your first email account or additional email accounts to Outlook.


  1. Select File > Add Account.

  2. Enter the email address and click Next. (for example Don't enter any of the other fields.

  3. When prompted to enter your password, select "Sign in with another account", then enter your C# login ( for example) and hit sign in. If you are adding a shared email account you may need to change the email address shown to your .

  4. It may or may not ask for your password. If so, enter it, and it should finish the setup.
