MFA Accommodation Request

If you have accessibility needs or other difficulties using Microsoft Authenticator, submit this form to request an official MFA accommodation. ITS will review your request and work with you to find a suitable alternative authentication method.

Please note, all of the following MFA methods are available to all students:

• Microsoft Authenticator app (recommended for most users)
• Security Key (e.g. a YubiKey that you are able to purchase)
• One time Passcode via SMS, email, or phone call
