The Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL) offers an accommodation process if it is deemed that a USB security key is required due to vision, mobility, dexterity, cognitive limitations that make the main options non-viable. Click on “Request Service” to request an official MFA accommodation. ITS and CAL will review your request and work with you to find a suitable alternative authentication method.
