How to Offboard
Off boarding requests are handled by Employee Services. Your HR Assistant or Coordinator will submit these for you. Please contact them directly with any questions.

What IS Covered by This Form
Workplace Leaders or Admin Support must submit these requests for employees. -
Staff cannot request these for themselves.

New Accounts: Creating a new user account (Requires a C# from HR).

Information Updates: Changing an employee's contact details.

On boarding: Setting up a new hire.

Shared Access: Gaining entry to shared email boxes or network, shared drives.
Standard Access for All Staff
Once HR creates the users C#, IT will set up standard tools:

Email: Your official Camosun address.

Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook (Online and desktop versions).

Storage: 1TB of space on OneDrive.

PDF Tools: Adobe Acrobat Pro for editing documents.

Remote Work: VPN access for working off-campus. - this will be enabled after the new user receives a computer.
