Offboard requests must come from Human Resources or Employee Services - please ask your HR Consultant or a member of Employee Services to submit on your behalf

Adobe Creative Cloud - Staff & Faculty - Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator etc. (PDF: Acrobat Pro DC  automatically assigned to all staff- no need to request)

Use this form for - Employee (Staff or Faculty) one or more of the following :
WPL or Admin support need to submit requests on behalf of the user for the following 
(ie. Staff cannot request access for themselves)

  • New user account creation (C Number from HR required)
  • Change existing employees contact information
  • On board
  • Grant access to shared
    • mailboxes
    • drives

Note: Camosun employees must have a C#, created by HR, before ITS can create a new account.

All Staff and Faculty receive:

  • Microsoft365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Excel)
  • Online and free downloadable versions off Microsoft 365
  • VPN access
  • OneDrive accounts - 1TB of storage
  • Adobe Acrobat DC  -  Professional version that can edit PDF's
