Faculty and staff have access to Viva Engage, a social collaboration platform that supports community building, organization-wide discussions, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement. Viva Engage helps connect people across the institution through posts, announcements, polls, and rich media, fostering communication and collaboration beyond departmental boundaries.
As Viva Engage is initially rolled out, communities will be primarily limited to topics related to teaching and learning and will be approved by the Director of Learning Services. The director will keep track of other community requests to be considered at a future time by the IT Stewardship Committee.
