Camosun uses Microsoft Authentication for account access. You can reset your password using Microsoft's Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) tool. The information in this article is for both students and employees.
Students
Your account
must be activated before you can reset your password.
Before you begin
- Your username is your Student ID or Employee ID followed by @camosun.ca
- Example: C0000000@camosun.ca
Reset your password
Click or tap any of the thumbnails below to view full-size images.
- Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/?tenantId=camosun.ca
- Enter your username on the Sign in page and choose Next

- Select Forgot my password on the Enter password screen

- Your username should already be entered on the Who are you? screen
- If not, enter your username again
- Complete the CAPTCHA then choose Next

- Follow the instructions on the Why are you having trouble signing in? screen to access your account
