Domain password policy

Your domain password is used along with your Camosun ID number (C0123456) to log in to your Camosun computer and may also be used for Colleague, Outlook Web Access, the Intranet, Transportation & Parking Online, VPN access, Library services, and other online services.

Password must meet complexity requirements

• Not more than 2 symbols of a username or Firstname in a row
• Minimum of  8 characters
• Cannot use a previously used password
• Cannot contain your first or last name
• All four character types must be used in the password:
  • numbers 0123456789
  • UPPERCASE LETTERS
  • lowercase letters
  • Special characters !@#$%^&*()_+-=

Example password: Eagle$$44

Camosun domain passwords expire 1 year from your last password reset.
