Institutional Research and Planning (IRP)

Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) provides high-quality, data-informed insights to support evidence-based decision-making across the College. IRP collects, analyzes, and reports on institutional data, including student demographics, enrolment trends, retention, graduation rates, and student outcomes. These insights support strategic planning, resource allocation, policy development, quality assurance, and institutional reporting.

Service Overview
This service is used to request data, information, research, and survey support from IRP. All requests are reviewed, prioritized, and fulfilled in accordance with institutional priorities, data governance standards, privacy requirements, and available resources.

Data or Information Request

Requests for specific datasets or summarized information. Requests must clear describe:
- The data required (variables, timeframes, populations)
- The intended use or business purpose
- Any relevant deadlines or reporting requirements

Survey Support Request

Support for survey-related activities including:
- Access to and use of Qualtrics
- Survey design and deployment
- Analysis and reporting of survey results
