The Audiovisual Services loans out equipment on a short–term basis including digital cameras, camcorders, tripods, audio recording devices and more. If we dug around deep enough we could probably find you a filmstrip projector.
You’ll need a Camosun ID card to borrow equipment. Book your AV devices through the ITS Service Portal .
A cybersecurity or information security incident is any attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information, or interference with IT operations or services. Information security is a concern for students, faculty, and staff. An Information Security Incident could mean lost or stolen data or workstations, active ransomware attacks, malware, computer viruses, and/or compromised user accounts. This request from is to be used by the Registrar's Office to request that a student account have DRUS/AROR setup to allow for student based access.
Please note: Submitting this ticket is a request for a photographer or videographer, and not a confirmed booking. Someone from the Communications and Marketing Team will be in touch if further details are required and to confirm the booking.
As part of the booking, all requests must be discussed prior to the photo or video shoot to ensure the correct equipment and staffing are available.
For a video shoot, a script is required – you will need to provide a draft for review prior to the video appointment
If your project is related to classroom instruction, you can contact CETL for instructional advice, but will need to produce the video yourself.
