Colleague, myCamosun, and Camlink

Colleague is Camosun's main enterprise system providing support for Student, Finance, and Human Resource business processes, as well as self-service functionality through myCamosun and Camlink. Web Reports are also available to provide reports on the data contained within Colleague.


Clockwork is a software solution that supports the Center for Accessible Learning (CAL).

CFAS (Camosun Financial Aid System)

CFAS is the administrative application used within the Office of the Registrar to administer and manage student loans.

D2L (Desire 2 Learn)

D2L (Desire 2 Learn) is the learning management system used at Camosun College.

Faculty Connect

Faculty Connect supports continuing faculty members of the Camosun College Faculty Association to submit a proposal and report related to the use of Scheduled Development time. ITS, in working with the vendor, provides technical support on this system.

ID Producer is the new ID Card printing software used by Library Services

ID Works

ID Works is the current ID Card printing software used by Library Services.


Infosilem is an administrative system used for the development of the Timetable by the Registrar's Office.


ListServ is an electronic mailing list software web application.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365, formally Office 365, is a suite of collaboration software, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and others.

Service Management Portal (TDx)

The Camosun Service Management Portal currently used by ITS. Additional Camosun departments and work flows coming soon!

Zoom is a conferencing tool, available to the College, that offers video, audio, and screen-sharing capabilities across multiple platforms.
